拉玛泽呼吸减痛法应用效果 　　摘要：目的：探讨“拉玛泽”（Lamaze）呼吸减痛法在分娩中对产妇的影响。方法：选择足月妊娠，可行阴道分娩的初产妇200例，随机分为干预组、对照组各100例，干预组从7个月开始接受“拉玛泽”呼吸减痛法训练，对照组只接受常规的宣教，观察两组产妇产程时间、剖宫产、产后出血情况。结果：两组比较，精神紧张、恐惧症状的发生，产程时间，剖宫产率、产后出血率等均有显著性差异（P0.05）。结论：“拉玛泽”呼吸减痛法能有效地减轻分娩疼痛，消除恐惧心理，加速产程，减少产后出血，降低剖宫产率，是一种简单有效、可行的非药物性减痛的方法。 　　关键词：“拉玛泽”呼吸减痛法 宫缩痛 产程 产后出血 　　 　　“Pulls Masurium Ze” the (Lamaze) breath to reduce pain method application effect 　　Pan Chunli 　　Abstract:Objective:The discussion “pulls Masurium Ze” the (Lamaze) breath to reduce the pain law in the childbirth to the parturient woman the influence.Methods:Chooses the full-term pregnancy,the feasible vagina childbirth at the beginning of parturient woman 200 examples,divide into the intervention group,control group each 100 examples stochastically,the intervention group start from 7 months to accept “pull Masurium Ze” the breath to reduce the pain law training,the control group only accept conventional the propaganda,observes two group of parturient woman course of childbirth time,splits the palace to produce,postpartum hemorrhage situation.result:Two groups of comparisons,mental strain,frightened symptom occurrence,course of childbirth time,splits the palace production rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and so on has the significance difference (P0.05).Conclusion:“Pulls Masurium Ze” the breath to reduce the pain law to be able to reduce the childbirth ache effectively,eliminates the dread,the acceleration course of childbirth,reduces postpartum hemorrhage,reduces splits the palace production rate,is one kind simple effective,the feasible non-medicine reduces the pain the method. 　　Keywords:“Pulls Masurium Ze” the breath to reduce the pain law Palace to shrink the pain Course of childbirth Postpartum hemorrhage 　　【中图分类号】R45 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1008-1879(2010)12-0164-02 　　 　　初产妇面临着宫缩痛，都会感到紧张、害怕，不知所措，因此易发生难产。能否轻松顺利的分娩，做好分娩的前期准备工作是很有必要的。产前了解应对技巧，能减轻分娩时的宫缩痛。 “拉玛泽”分娩法源于1952年，由产科医师拉玛泽（Lamaze）先生研究、发明并发扬至法国、欧洲、南美洲、美国及亚洲各国。主要是让产妇对生产有正确的了解，清楚知道生产时可能会有的状况，通过之前的练习，当阵痛来临时
