不同剂量益母草胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床观察 　　【摘要】目的：观察不同剂量益母草胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法：选取采用益母草胶囊进行治疗的96例原发性痛经患者为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为3组。A组32例每次口服2粒，3次/d；B组32例每次口服3粒，3次/d；C组32例每次口服4粒，3次/d。比较3组的疗效及治疗前后的疼痛时间。结果：C组中不同严重程度者的治疗总有效率均高于A组及B组，B组则高于A组，治疗后C组疼痛时间6h者比例明显高于A组及B组，B组则高于A组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：较大剂量的益母草胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床效果相对更好，推荐临床应采用口服益母草胶囊4粒/次的剂量对患者进行治疗。 　　【关键词】原发性痛经；不同剂量；益母草胶囊 　　【中图分类号】R711.51【文献标志码】 A【文章编号】1007-8517（2017）01-0090-03 　　Clinical Observation on Different Dose of Motherwort Capsule in the Treatment of Patients With Primary Dysmenorrhea 　　CHEN Cuilian 　　Shuangdong Community Health Service Center of Shuangdong Street in Luoding City，Luoding 527200，China 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the clinic effect of different dose of motherwort capsule in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 96 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who were treated with motherwort capsule were selected as the study object，and all the patients were divided into three groups，32 patients in group A were treated with 2 tablets each time by oral，3 times /d，32 patients in group B were treated with 3 tablets each time by oral，3 times /d，32 patients in group C were treated with 4 tablets each time by oral，3 times /d，then compared the total effective rates and pain time before and after the treatment of three groups. Results The total effective rates of groups C with different severity disease were all higher than those of group A and group B，the rates of group B were higher than those of group C，the pain time 6h rates of group C after the treatment were all higher than those of group A and group B，the rates of group B were higher than those of group A，the differences had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of higher dose of motherwort capsule in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea is relatively better，so the dose of motherwort capsule 4 tablets each time each time by oral is suitable to the patients. 　　Keywords：Primary Dysmenorrhea； Different Dose；Motherwort
