不同敷料护理干预对放射治疗鼻咽癌患者皮肤损伤及情绪的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨不同敷料护理干预对放射治疗鼻咽癌患者皮肤损伤及情绪的影响。方法：以本院2012年1月-2014年3月接受放射治疗的60例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象，随机数字表法将其分为两组，对照组患者给予美宝烧伤湿润膏护理干预，观察组患者则行新型软聚硅酮泡沫敷料护理干预，比较两组放射性皮肤损伤程度、创面愈合时间、已愈合创面百分率及干预前后SDS评分、SAS评分。结果：观察组1级、2级、3级损伤率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组创面愈合时间及已愈合创面百分率均明显优于对照组（P0.05）；干预后SDS评分及SAS评分观察组优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：相比美宝烧伤湿润膏，新型软聚硅酮泡沫敷料能有效减轻鼻咽癌患者放射性皮肤损伤程度，缩短创面愈合时间，有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 新型软聚硅酮泡沫敷料； 美宝烧伤湿润膏； 放射性皮肤损伤； 鼻咽癌； 效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of nursing intervention with different dressings on skin damage and emotional of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy treatment.Method：60 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received radiotherapy treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given nursing intervention of mabel burns moist cream，while the observation group were given the new line of soft silicone foam dressing for nursing interventions.The SDS and SAS scores before and after the wound healed，degree of radiological skin damage，healing time and rate of healing wounds were compared between the two groups.Result：There was significant difference between the two groups in the aspect of damage rates of class 1，2 and 3（P0.05）.The healing time and the rate of healing wound of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）.After the intervention，the SDS scores and SAS scores between the two groups were significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with mabel burns moist cream，the new soft silicone foam dressing can effectively reduce the degree of radiation-induced skin damage in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma，shorten the healing time and relieve the emotion of anxiety and depression.It is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 New soft silicone foam dressing； Mabel burns moist cream； Radiation-induced skin damage； Nasopharyngeal carcinoma； Effect 　　放射是临床上治
