一次性使用静脉采血针在新生儿股静脉采血中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：研究和观察在新生儿股静脉采血中应用一次性静脉采血针的效果。方法：选取2014年1-12月在笔者所在医院行股静脉采血的新生儿共126例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各63例。对照组通过一次性注射器进行采血，观察组通过一次性静脉采血针进行采血，将两组新生儿的一次性采血成功率、穿刺部位的血肿发生率以及压迫止血的时间进行观察和对比。结果：观察组的一次性采血成功率明显高于对照组，观察组穿刺部位的血肿发生率显著低于对照组，观察组压迫止血时间显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在新生儿股静脉采血过程中，使用一次性静脉采血针能够有效提高一次性采血的成功率，而且压迫止血时间短，对新生儿血管的损伤更小，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 一次性； 静脉采血针； 新生儿； 股静脉采血 　　中图分类号 R473.72 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）4-0087-02 　　Application of Disposable Venous Blood Collection Needle in Blood Collection of Neonatal Femoral Vein/GONG Zhi-hong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（4）：87-88 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study and observe the effect of disposable venous blood collection needle in the blood collection of the femoral vein in the newborn.Method：126 cases of femoral venous blood collection in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were collected， they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，63 cases in each group.The control group was collected by a disposable syringe，the observation group was collected by a disposable venous blood sampling needle，the success rate of one-time blood collection， puncture site hematoma incidence and the time of oppression hemostasis of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the puncture site of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group， the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group， the observation group was significantly higher than the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the process of neonatal femoral vein blood collection， the use of disposable venous blood collection needle can effectively improve the success rate of one-time blood collection， and oppression of the time is short， the neonatal blood vessel damage is smaller， it is worth promoting the applicatio
