不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化效果对比及对病症的影响 　　[摘要]目的 比较不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化的效果以及对病症的影响。方法 选取2014年3月～2015年11月在我院接受治疗的100例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者，按照用药剂量不同分为研究组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）。所有患者均给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗，研究组患者给予高剂量药物，对照组患者给予低剂量药物。记录两组患者治疗前后的颈动脉斑块面积和颈内膜-中膜厚度；观察两组患者治疗前后的血脂（LDL、HDL、TC、TG）水平，分析两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果 研究组患者的颈动脉斑块面积、颈内膜-中膜厚度均明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者的TC、LDL及TG值明显低于对照组，HDL值明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者治疗的总有效率（98.00%）明显高于对照组（74.00%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.9601，P0.05）。结论 高剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化的临床效果优于低剂量，可以显著改善患者的血脂水平，提高治疗总有效率。 　　[关键词]冠状动脉粥样硬化；瑞舒伐他汀；不同剂量；病症 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（b）-0045-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To compare the different dose of Rosuvastatin in the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis and its effect on the disease.Methods 100 cases with coronary atherosclerosis treated by our hospital from March 2014 to November 2015 were treated，according to the different dosage they were divided into study group （n=50） and the control group （n=50）.All patients were given Rosuvastatin treatment，and study group was treated with high dose of rosuvastatin，but control group was treated with low dose.Carotid plaque area and carotid intima thickness before and after treatment in patients of two groups was recorded.Blood lipid （LDL，HDL，TC and TG） level before and after treatment in patients of two groups was observed.The total effective rate of treatment in patients of two groups was analyzed.Results Carotid plaque area and carotid intima thickness in study group was significantly lower than that of control group，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.TC， LDL and TG value in study group was significantly lower than that of control group，but HDL value was significantly higher than that of control group，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.The total effective rate of study group （98.00%） was significantly higher than that of control group （74.00%），and there was a statistical difference （χ2=11.9601，P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of high-dose Rosuvastatin treating coro
