一贯煎合麦门冬汤加减方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察一贯煎合麦门冬汤加减方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（胃阴虚证）的临床疗效。 方法 收集本院2011年9月～2014年6月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者（CAG）115例，随机分为对照组56例和治疗组59例，对照组给予金胃泰胶囊，治疗组给予一贯煎合麦门冬汤加减方治疗3个月。比较两组的临床疗效、胃镜以及病理组织学。 结果 治疗组临床症状改善总有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05），分别为84.7%和67.9%；治疗组胃镜改善总有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05），分别为88.1%和69.6%；治疗组病理组织学转归72.9%，对照组为55.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 采用一贯煎合麦门冬汤疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著，可临证加减，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 一贯煎合麦门冬汤加减；慢性萎缩性胃炎；临床观察 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）13-52-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the chinicacy efficaly of Yi Guan Jian and Ophiopogonis decoction adjustment of the treatment of stomach shade insufficient syndrome chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 115 CAG patients which hospitalized from 2011.9 to 2014.6 were randomly assigned to two groups 56 in control group were treated with jinweitai capsule and 59 in treatment group were treated with Yi Guan Jian and Ophiopogonis decoction adjustment，they were treated for 3 months. after three months，clinical curative effect，gastroscopy and pathological were compared of two groups before and after treatment. Results In improvement of clinical symptoms，the total effect percentage of in the treatment group was84.7% and 67.9% in the control group（P0.05），with the treatment group obviously higher than that of control group.All of them received gastroscope examinations，the total effect percentage of in the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group，and that of in the treatment group was 88.1% and 69.6% in the control group（P0.05）.the total effect percentage of pathology outcome in the treatment group was 72.9%，so it was 55.4% of the control group，there were significant difference between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of Yi Guan Jian and Ophiopogonis decoction can significantly improve the clinincal symptoms and the permit addition and subtraction.It is worth applying this operation generally in clinical practice. 　　[Key words] Yi Guan Jian and Ophiopogonis decoction adjustment adjustment；Chr
