三七炮制研究与规范
三七的炮制研究与规范
[摘要] 三七为我国名贵中药,试验及临床研究表明,三七的质量、药效与炮制方法及其工艺条件有明显关系。已知三七生品与蒸制三七、油炒三七等炮制品的药理药效不尽相同。生三七在止血、凝血以及对血清胆固醇和蛋白质合成等方面的作用明显优于蒸制三七、油炒三七等炮制品。但在益智方面,蒸制三七、油炒三七等炮制品的作用却明显优于三七生品。根本原因是通过炮制加工,三七中不同皂苷的相对含量发生了变化。如何通过传统的热处理与现代的高压、微波、发酵等技术炮制加工,提高三七特殊活性微量皂苷成分无疑是三七炮制研究的热点。本文综述了三七的现代炮制研究近况及炮制规范,旨在为进一步系统研究三七的炮制和质量控制提供参考。

[Abstract] Panax notoginseng is an important traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical and experimental research show that the processing methods and processing conditions of Panax notoginseng have important effects on its quality,efficacy.It has been known that there are many differences in pharmacological effects among raw Panax notoginseng,steamed Panax notoginseng,fried Panax notoginseng and other processed products.Compared with those processed products,raw Panax notoginseng has better pharmacological effects in hemostasis,coagulation and the synthesis of serum cholesterol and protein.The processed products of steamed Panax notoginseng and fried Panax notoginseng,however,have better effect in improving intelligence.The fundamental reason for these differences can be attributed to different processing method affecting the relative quantity of different saponins in Panax notoginseng.How to increase active saponins content in Panax notoginseng through traditional thermal processing or modern technology,such as high pressure,microwave,fermentation processing,has been a hot area of the processing research of Panax notoginseng.Ancient and modern processing methods of Panax notoginseng are described in this paper and provided a reference for further research of craft and quantity standard of Pa
