三叉神经痛术后应用扶正解毒汤的临床研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.19.53 　　摘 要 目的：研究三叉神经痛术后应用扶正解毒汤的临床疗效。方法：将原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为A、B两组，均行乙状窦后入路微血管减压术治疗。A组术后给予常规抗炎治疗；B组除常规抗炎治疗外，给予扶正解毒汤治疗。观察两组疗效差别，并进行统计分析。结果：A、B两组治疗后“长海痛尺”和面部感觉评分差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；口唇疱疹评分和住院天数比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：三叉神经痛术后应用扶正解毒汤可以使患者减少口唇疱疹发生率，缩短住院时间，促进康复，在三叉神经痛术后应用具有扶正、补益、减毒、增效的作用。 　　关键词 三叉神经痛 微血管减压术 扶正解毒汤 治疗 　　Clinical research of application of Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction after trigeminal neuralgia operation 　　Gao Xingqiang1，Li Ming2，Cai Chengfu1，Luo Xianyang1 　　Department of Otorhinolaryngology，the First Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University，3610031 　　Department of Otorhinolaryngology，Yueyang Hospitals of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine，2004372 　　Abstract Objective：To study the clinical effect of application of Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction after trigeminal neuralgia operation.Methods：The cases with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into A group and B group.They were given retrosigmoid approach microvascular decompression treatment.After operation，A group were given routine anti-inflammatory treatment.B group were given Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction treatment in addition to conventional anti-inflammatory treatment.The different of curative effects of the two groups was observed and statistically analyzed.Results：After treatment，the Changhai pain rating scale and facial sensory scores of the two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）.The herpes labiali scores and the hospital stay were significantly different（P0.01）.Conclusion：The application of Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction after trigeminal neuralgia operation can reduce the incidence rate of herpes labialis，shorten the hospital stay，and promote the rehabilitation.The application after trigeminal neuralgia operation has the effects of strengthening the body resistance，tonic，attenuation，and efficiency. 　　Key words Trigeminal neuralgia；Microvascular decompression；Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction
