一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效。方法：将本院2013年8月-2014年2月期间收治的200例牙体牙髓病患者作为临床研究对象，并采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组各100例，对照组采用多次根管进行治疗，观察组采用一次性根管进行治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效以及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果：观察组的并发症发生率为4.0%，明显低于对照组的26.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的总有效率为99.0%，对照组为84.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对牙体牙髓病患者采用一次性根管进行治疗，并发症少，治疗时间短，临床效果较为明显，整体过程安全可靠，患者以及患者家属较为满意，因此值得医生在临床上进行广泛应用。 　　【关键词】 多次根管； 一次性根管； 牙体牙髓病； 临床疗效 　　The Clinical Efficacy Analysis of One-time Root Canal Treatment of Dental Disease/ZHANG Zhi-xin.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（08）：045-047 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of one-time root canal treatment of dental disease.Method：200 cases of dental patients were selected in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups，the control group and observation group，100 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated by multiple root canal treatment， and observation group patients were treated by one-time root canal treatment.The two groups’ clinical treatment efficacy and complications were compared.Result：The observation group’s complications was 4.0%，and the control group’s complications was 26.0%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；after different surgical treatments，the control group’s total effective rate was 99.0% and observation group’s total effective rate was 84.0%，the differences were statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：One-time root canal in treatment of dental patients has fewer complications，shorter treatment time，better clinical treatment effect，the overall process is safe and reliable，and patients and families are more satisfied for the treatment，so it is worth to widely used in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Multiple root canals； One-time root canal； Dental disease； Clinical efficacy 　　First-author’s address：Zhenjiang Stomatological Hospital，Zhenjiang 212001，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.08.016 　　牙体牙髓病主要包括急性牙髓炎、慢性牙髓炎以及龋病。临床表现多为牙齿剧烈疼痛、黑牙、牙洞，病
