七氟烷联合i―gel喉罩通气在小儿短小手术麻醉中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨七氟烷联合i-gel喉罩通气在小儿短小手术麻醉中的应用效果。 方法 选取2014年1～11月本院收治的80例行小儿斜疝术和包皮切除术患儿作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例。观察组采用七氟烷i-gel喉罩通气全身麻醉，对照组采用氯胺酮静脉注射全身麻醉。比较两组的临床效果、并发症发生率、FLACC评分、苏醒时间。 结果 观察组T1时的SpO2水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组T1、T2、T3、T4时的HR、MAP水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。对照组T1、T2、T3、T4时的HR、MAP水平显著高于T0时，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为20.0%，显著低于对照组的67.5%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的FLACC评分显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的苏醒时间为（10.14±3.55） min，显著短于对照组的（20.04±4.68） min，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 七氟烷联合i-gel喉罩通气在小儿短小手术麻醉中的应用效果显著，可有效降低并发症发生率，缩短苏醒时间。 　　[关键词] 七氟烷；i-gel喉罩；全身麻醉；小儿；短小手术 　　[中图分类号] R614.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0044-03 　　Application effect of sevoflurane combined with i-gel laryngeal mask airway in anesthesia of pediatric short-time surgery 　　LI Jian-ping CHEN Seng-lin CAI Qing ZOU Yuan WEN Jian-hua 　　Department of Anesthesiology，the First People′s Hospital of Nankang District of Ganzhou City in Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of sevoflurane combined with i-gel laryngeal mask airway in anesthesia of pediatric short-time surgery.
