中医治未病理论在2型糖尿病干预中的应用探析 　　[摘要] 目的 对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者应用中医治未病理论进行干预的方法及效果展开探究。 方法 选取社区102例T2DM患者为研究对象，根据入院先后顺序，将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组应用糖尿病一般管理模式，观察组则在中医治未病理论的基础上，展开全面干预，对两组患者的干预效果进行统计与分析。 结果 经过为期一年的随访，两组患者的血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标均得到改善，且观察组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 通过对T2DM患者展开以中医治未病理论为基础的干预措施，可有效改善其血糖及血脂情况，值得临床推广及应用。 　　[关键词] 2型糖尿病；中医治未病理论；干预 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）05（b）-0139-02 　　Heal Disease Theory Application in Type 2 Diabetes Intervention Analysis 　　GAO Yan 　　Gansu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital cure disease center，Lanzhou， Gansu Province，730020 China 　　[Abstract] Objective Applications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） heal disease theory to explore the method and the effect of intervention. Methods Choose 102 cases of T2DM patients in community as the research object， according to the order in hospital， it can be divided into control group and observation group. Diabetes control applications are usually management mode， while the observation group in cure not ill theory， on the basis of a comprehensive intervention， intervention effect of two groups of patients with statistics and analysis. Results After a year of follow-up， the two groups of patients with blood glucose， total cholesterol， triglycerides， and other indicators are improved， and the improvement of observation group of patients was significantly better than control group， the differences between data with statistical significance （P 0.05）. Conclusion The T2DM patients on the basis of the theory of cure not ill interventions， can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid， worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　[Key words] In type 2 diabetes； Cure not ill in theory； Intervention 　　2型糖尿病（T2DM）作为一种常见的代谢类疾病，在中医学领域，属于“消渴”的范畴，具有病程长、绵延不愈等特点，逐渐成为严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。作为中医学中一项重要理论，“治未病”最早出现在《素问?四气调神大论》一书中，主要包括未病先防和既病防变等内容，与我国提倡的以预防为主的疾病治疗方针相吻合，可有效指导糖尿病防治工作的开展[1]。基于此，该研究以社区102例T2DM患者为例，就应用中医治未病理论进行干预的效果展开探析，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料
