中医辨证施膳在糖尿病肾病患者治疗中的作用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨中医辨证施膳在糖尿病肾病患者治疗中的作用。方法 选取我院在2015年5月～2016年5月收治的糖尿病肾病患者90例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组45例和观察组45例，两组患者均予以糖尿病常规治疗，对照组予以常规的饮食指导，观察组则根据中医辨证分型予以膳食指导，两组患者均连续干预饮食8周，比较两组干预前后的相关生化指标。结果 饮食干预前，观察组与对照组的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PBG）、血肌酐（SCr）和血尿素氮（BUN）等指标差异无统计学意义（P0.05），饮食干预后，两组的FBG、2 h PBG、SCr、BUN等指标均有所改善，而观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 对糖尿病肾病患者实施中医辨证施膳可有效改善患者的生化指标，延缓病情的发展。 　　[关键词]中医；辨证施膳；糖尿病肾病 　　[中图分类号] R587.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（c）-0111-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the role of dialectical diet of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and they were divided into control group （n=45） and observation group （n=45）.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine treatment of diabetes.The control group was given routine diet guidance.The observation group was given the dietary guidance according to TCM syndrome differentiation，and the two groups of patients were given continuous intervention diet for 8 weeks，the related biochemical indicators before and after between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose （FBG），postprandial 2 h blood glucose （2 h PBG），serum creatinine （SCr） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） in the observation group and control group before intervention （P0.05） and after intervention，FBG，2 h PBG，SCr，BUN and other indicators in two groups were improved，while the improvement of observation group was superior to control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Dialectical diet of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the biochemical indexes and delay the development of p state of an illness. 　　[Key words]Traditional Chinese medicine；Dialectical meal；Diabetic nephropathy 　　糖尿病?I病是糖尿病最严重的慢性并并发症之一，也是导致糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一[1]。在糖尿病肾病的治疗中除了予以透析疗法、肾移植、纠正水电解质平衡及酸碱紊乱等治疗外，饮食管理对于控制病情的发展也具有重要作用[2-3]。
