中医骨科的优质护理探析 　　摘要：目的 探析优质护理在中医骨科当中应用的临床效果。方法 选取我院中医骨科在2012年6月~2013年1月收治的骨科患者350例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各175例。为对照组患者在治疗基础上采用常规的护理方式予以干预，对观察组患者在治疗基础上采取优质护理的方式予以干预。观察并比较两组患者的护理效果，综合比较两组患者的各项指标以及患者的出院时间，患者出院后随访6个月，观察两组患者护理并发症的发生情况，比较两组患者的满意度。结果 观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组且住院时间更短，患者出院后随访6个月，观察组患者出现18例护理并发症患者，对照组患者出现34例，观察组患者的满意度更好，综合比较两组，P0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 在配合中医骨科患者的治疗过程中，优质护理的干预效果更加显著，能够促进患者的康复，并且有较低的护理并发症，更容易得到患者的认可。 　　关键词：中医；骨科；优质护理 　　High Quality Nursing Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopedics 　　HE Zheng-qiong 　　(Longquanyi District Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Chengdu 610100,Sichuan,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveAnalysis of high quality nursing care in the clinical effect of TCM of orthopedic applications.
