中医骨科康复治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中医骨科康复治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将100例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组予布洛芬口服治疗，而治疗组采用中医骨科综合康复治疗，其中主要包括手法推拿、中药熏洗以及内服等。两组均治疗4个疗程后评价临床疗效，并进行VAS、JOA评分比较。结果 治疗组总有效率为94%，对照组为74%，治疗组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。治疗组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组，JOA评分高于对照组，两组的比较差异具有统计学意义。治疗组患者未出现不良反应。结论 中医骨科康复治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效优于西药组，能够有效缓解患者的疼痛，安全可靠。 　　[关键词] 中医骨科；康复治疗；膝骨性关节炎；疼痛 　　[中图分类号] R274 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）11（c）-0057-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopedics rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 100 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 50 cases in each. The control group was treated by ibuprofen orally， while the treatment group was treated by Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopedics rehabilitation therapy， mainly including massage， Chinese herbal fumigation and washing and oral administration and so forth. After 4 courses of treatment， the clinical efficacies of the groups were evaluated， and the VAS， JOA scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%， significantly higher than 74% of the control group （P0.01）. After treatment， compared with the control group， the VAS score of the treatment group was lower but JOA score was higher， the differences between the two groups were statistically significant. The patients in the treatment group had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Compared with the western medicine group， the effect of Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopedics rehabilitation therapy is better， which can effectively relieve the pain of the patients， and is safe and reliable. 　　[Key words] Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopedics； Rehabilitation therapy； Knee osteoarthritis； Pain 　　骨性关节炎是临床较常见的中老年慢性退行性关节疾病，该疾病主要表现关节疼痛、关节功能障碍以及关节僵硬等。目前膝骨性关节炎的发病率逐渐升高，严重影响老年人的生活质量。为探讨中医骨科康复治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。该研究在2011年1月―2013年12月期间通过中医骨科康复治疗膝骨性关节炎取得较好疗效
