中药活性成分诱导胃癌细胞凋亡的研究进展 　　[摘要] 胃癌是我国发病率极高的恶性肿瘤，临床可采用手术治疗、化疗、免疫治疗、中医中药治疗等方法。中药活性成分为天然提取而来，因其副作用小、多靶点控制肿瘤、提高患者生存质量等优点，逐步引起国内外学者的关注。中药活性成分诱导胃癌细胞凋亡主要通过调控相关基因表达、阻滞细胞周期、调控相关通路来实现的。本文总结了近年来中药活性成分在诱导胃癌细胞凋亡方面的研究，以期为中药提取物临床应用于胃癌治疗提供帮助。 　　[关键词] 胃癌；中药；细胞凋亡；基因 　　[中图分类号] R285；R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）29-0165-04 　　Research progress of active components of traditional Chinese medicine inducing apoptosis of gastric cancer cells 　　ZHANG Zhiyan1 ZHANG Yue2 　　1.Department of the Second Internal Medicine-oncology， the Fifth Peoples Hospital of Shenyang City，Shenyang 110023，China；2.The Pharmacy Experimental Center of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xinglin College，Shenyang 110167，China 　　[Abstract] Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence in China， it can be treated by surgery， chemotherapy， immunotherapy， traditional Chinese medicine treatment and so on. The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine are extracted from nature， because of its small side effects， multi target control of tumor， and improvement of the quality of life of patients， gradually attract the attention of scholars both at home and abroad. The apoptosis of gastric cancer cells induced by active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine mainly depend on the regulation of related gene expression， block cell cycle， and regulation of related pathways.In this paper， we summarized recent studies on the active components of traditional Chinese medicine in inducing apoptosis of gastric cancer cells， in order to provide the help for the clinical application of Chinese medicine extract in the treatment of gastric cancer. 　　[Key words] Gastric cancer； Traditional Chinese medicine； Apoptosis； Gene 　　胃癌是源于胃黏膜的恶性肿瘤，可发生于胃的各个部位，并可侵犯胃壁的不同深度和广度，发病率在我国的各种恶性肿瘤中居首位，且有明显的地域性。由于胃癌早期症状不明显，通常只是腹胀、恶心、食欲减退等，与消化不良的症状类似不被引起重视，故多数患者发现时已经是进展期胃癌。胃癌的临床治疗通常以手术和化疗为主，兼有免疫治疗及中医药治疗。中医药治疗肿瘤具有独到的优势，其在个体化、多靶点控制肿瘤生长、抗转移、减少复发，减轻临床症状，提高患者生存质量等方面都取得了较好的成效[1]。胃癌的治疗机制主要有以下几个方面[2]。①抑制胃癌细胞增殖及DNA合成；②诱
