中药液灌肠配合红外光理疗治疗输卵管阻塞的临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的：评估中药液保留灌肠配合红外光理疗治疗输卵管阻塞的疗效。方法：将检查确诊为输卵管阻塞的240例患者随机分为治疗组（120例）和对照组（120例）。治疗组使用中药液保留灌肠配合红外光理疗治疗，对照组单纯使用口服中药液治疗；治疗3～5个月经周期后观察疗效。结果：3~5个月经周期后，治疗组总有效率为85.83%，对照组总有效率为65.00%，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（χ2=37.44，P0.01），治疗组1～6个月与7～12个月的总妊娠率为45.00%，对照组为23.33%，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（χ2=12.52，P0.01）。结论：中药液保留灌肠配合红外光理疗治疗输卵管阻塞能提高中药治疗的效果，从而提高妊娠率，方法简单、安全、疗效好。 　　[关键词] 中药液灌肠；红外光理疗；输卵管阻塞 　　[中图分类号] R711.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）07（a）-104-02 　　 　　Clinic observation on Traditional Chinese Medicines enema combined with infrared physiotherapy in the treatment of oviduct obstruction 　　XU Lifen, WU Xiaomei, WU Peici, WU Yunzhen, WU Jianying 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Family Planning Service Station of Enping City, Guangdong Province, Enping 529400, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the curative effect on Traditional Chinese Medicines enema combined with infrared physiotherapy in the treatment of oviduct obstruction. Methods: 240 patients with confirmed diagnosis of oviduct obstruction were randomly divided into treatment group (120 cases) and control group (120 cases). Patients in treatment group were adopted Traditional Chinese Medicines enema combined with physiotherapy, while 120 patients in control group were given oral Chinese Medicine Liquid. The therapeutic effectiveness was observed after 3-5 menstrual periods. Results: After 3-5 menstrual periods, the effective rate of treatment group was 85.83% which was higher than that of control group (65.00%) (χ2=37.44, P0.01). The pregnancy rates in treatment group which from 1 to 6 months and from 7 to 12 months was 45.00%, higher than the control group 23.33% (χ2=12.52, P0.01). Conclusion: Treating oviduct obstruction with Traditional Chinese Medicines enema combine with infrared physiotherapy is a safe and effective alternative to improve the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, even to increase the pregnancy rate. 　　[Key words] Traditional Chinese Medicines enema; Infrared physi
