乳腺癌新辅助化疗实施护理风险管理的价值评估与分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究乳腺癌新?o助化疗实施护理风险管理的价值。方法：选择笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年3月收治的83例乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者为研究对象。采用简单随机化法将83例患者分为常规组和风险管理组。常规组进行乳腺癌新辅助化疗常规护理；风险管理组在常规组基础上实施护理风险管理。观察比较两组护理管理满意度，静脉炎、局部坏死、药物外渗、骨髓抑制等并发症发生情况，患者护理质量评分、住院时间。结果：（1）风险管理组护理管理满意度高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；（2）风险管理组静脉炎、局部坏死、药物外渗、骨髓抑制等并发症总发生率低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；（3）风险管理组护理质量评分高于常规组，住院时间短于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：乳腺癌新辅助化疗实施护理风险管理的价值高，可有效规避静脉炎、局部坏死等风险的发生，提高护理质量，缩短住院时间，患者满意度高，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 乳腺癌新辅助化疗； 护理风险管理； 价值评估 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.33.029 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）33-0058-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the value of nursing risk management in the implementation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cance.Method：83 cases of breast cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the routine group and the risk management group according to simple randomization method.The routine group was given routine nursing care of new adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.The risk management group was given implementation of nursing risk management on the basis of the conventional group.The nursing management satisfaction，the incidence of complications of phlebitis，local necrosis，drug extravasation and bone marrow suppression，patients’ care quality score，the hospitalization time were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：（1）The nursing management satisfaction of the risk management group was higher than that of the routine group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.（2）The total incidence rate of complications of phlebitis，local necrosis，drug extravasation and bone marrow suppression in the risk management group was lower than that of the routine group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.（3）The nursing care quality score of the risk management group was higher than that of the routine group，the hospitalization time of the risk management group was shorter than that of the rou
