临床药师参与1例腺垂体功能减退症患者替代治疗用糖皮质激素品种选择的实践与分析 　　摘 要 目的：为临床药师参与腺垂体功能减退症患者替代治疗用糖皮质激素品种的选择提供参考。方法：临床药师参与了1例垂体瘤术后腺垂体功能减退症患者的药物治疗过程，其间探讨了替代治疗用糖皮质激素品种的选择，并分析了不同糖皮质激素对腺垂体功能减退症诊断的影响，结合患者及其病情特点，提供了个体化的药学服务。结果：临床药师发挥自己的专业优势，在把握各糖皮质激素特点的基础上发现和防止了患者用药对实验室检查结果的影响及对疾病诊断的干扰，并协助医生为患者制定了个体化的治疗方案。结论：临床药师可运用自身药学特长参与临床治疗团队的工作，为保障临床用药的有效性和安全性发挥积极的作用。 　　关键词 临床药师 腺垂体功能减退症 糖皮质激素 　　中图分类号：R584.2； R736.4 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）13-0059-04 　　Practice and analysis of clinical pharmacists participating in the selection of glucocorticoid for a case of patient with hypopituitarism 　　HONG Lei1*， DENG Ang2**（1. Methods： The selection of glucocorticoid in replacement therapy was discussed by clinical pharmacists participating in the drug treatment of a patient with hypopituitarism after operation of hypophysoma， the effects of different glucocorticoids on the diagnosis of hypopituitarism were analyzed and finally the individualized pharmaceutical care was provided based on the condition characteristics of the patient. Results： Clinical pharmacists found and prevented the effects of medication on the experimental results and diagnosis by playing their own professional advantage based on grasping the characteristics of glucocorticoids and assisted clinicians to develop an individualized dosing regimen for the patient.
