临床护理路径在心脏外科围术期医院感染管理中的效果 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨应用临床护理路径实施心脏外科围术期医院感染管理的临床效果。方法：将72例心脏外科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各36例。观察组应用临床护理路径进行医院感染管理，对照组则按常规工作模式进行管理。结果：观察组患者的平均住院天数较对照组明显减少（P0.05），患者对心脏外科医院感染相关知识掌握情况及对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：应用临床护理路径实施心脏外科围术期医院感染管理，可以减少住院时间，提高护理质量，提高患者对护理工作满意度和对医院感染管理知识的认识。 　　[关键词] 心脏外科；围术期；临床护理路径；医院感染管理 　　[中图分类号] R654.2；R473.6 [文献标识码] Ａ [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）07（a）-043-02 　　 　　The efficacy of clinical nursing pathway on hospital infection management during perioperative period of cardiovascular surgery 　　ZHANG Dehui, CHEN Zhaohui, HE Jian* 　　The Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, Sichuan Province, Nanchong 637000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway on hospital infection management during perioperative period of cardiovascular surgery. Methods: 72 patients who underwent cardiovascular surgery were divided into the experiment group and the control group. Hospital infection management of patients in the experiment group were performed according to clinical nursing pathway, while hospital infection management of patients in the control group were performed according to routine method. Results: Patients in the experiment group showed a reduced average hospital stay and hospital infection than their counterparts in the control group (P0.05); however, they presented a better degree of satisfaction with care and extent of understanding of the knowledge of hospital infection about cardiovascular surgery than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing pathway for hospital infection management during perioperative period of cardiovascular surgery can reduce the average hospital stay and hospital infection, improve the quality of nursing, increase the satisfaction degree of patient with care and increase their knowledge of hospital infection. 　　[Key words] Cardiovascular surgery; Perioperative period; Clinical nursing path; Hospital infection management
