二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙修复中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙修复中的应用效果。 方法 将我院收治的前牙修复患者100例（235颗）按照使用材料的不同分为观察组（50例，106颗）和对照组（50例，129颗）。对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠进行修复，观察组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠进行修复，对比两组修复效果。 结果 观察组患者满意率100%，对照组满意率79.1%。观察组患者牙龈未出现变灰、变黑情况，对照组色泽变化发生率为23.3%，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。观察组患者的牙龈炎症发生率为18.9%，对照组发生率为45.0%，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。观察组患者修复体与基牙间不存在间隙，边缘密合度均处于A级，明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01或P0.05）。 结论 二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙美学修复中的临床效果较理想。 　　[关键词] 二氧化锆全瓷冠；前牙修复；镍铬合金烤瓷冠 　　[中图分类号] R782.12 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）01（b）-0085-03 　　Aesthetic effect of zirconia crown on the anterior tooth 　　XU Ning1 SONG Xin2 WANG Cui-yan1 　　1.Department of Comprehensive Emergency，Stomatological Hospital of Dalian City，Dalian 116021，China；2.Department of Prosthodontics， Jinzhou Stomatological Hospital of Dalian City，Dalian 116100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical results of zirconia crown on the anterior tooth.
