中药配方颗粒外洗联合0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中药配方颗粒外洗联合0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效。 方法 整群选取该院皮肤科门诊2013年8月―2014年10月就诊的湿疹患儿125例，所有患者按随机数字表分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用中药配方颗粒外洗配合0.05%地奈德乳膏外涂，对照组仅外涂地奈德乳膏，比较两组治疗效果。 结果 治疗组有效率81.53%，对照组有效率65%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗结束1个月后治疗组6例（9.38%）复发，而对照组14例（23%）复发，治疗组复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 中药配方颗粒外洗联合0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹疗效显著，复发率低，值得临床上推广使用。 　　[关键词] 中药外洗；地奈德；婴儿湿疹 　　[中图分类号] R758 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（c）-0155-03 　　Curative Effect Observation on Chinese Traditional Medicine Formula Granule Washout Combined with 0.05% Desonide Cream in Treatment of Infantile Eczema 　　XU Guan-hui 　　Dermatology STD Department， Seventh Peoples Hospital of Nanhai District， Foshan， Guangdong Province， 528247 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine formula granule washout combined with 0.05% desonide cream in treatment of infantile eczema. Methods 125 cases of children with eczema treated in the dermatological department of our hospital from August 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into two groups， the treatment group were treated with Chinese traditional medicine formula granule washout？combined with exterior coating of 0.05% desonide cream， the control group were treated with simple exterior coating of desonide cream， the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group had statistical significance， （81.53% vs 65%）（P0.05），the recrudescence occurred to 6 cases in the treatment group and 14 cases in the control group after 1 month of treatment， and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （9.38% vs 23%）， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.
