以人为本护理理念在精神分裂症恢复期患者中的应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨以人为本护理理念在精神分裂症恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2014年6月―2016年6月该院接诊的精神分裂症患者88例作为研究对象，随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组。观察组采取以人为本护理理念进行针对性护理，对照组患者则给予常规护理，对照分析两组患者精神症状、恢复状况以及生活质量。结果 观察组护理后精神症状评分，焦虑抑郁状态（3.02±0.54）分、缺乏活力（4.23±0.69）分、敌对性（3.62±0.35）分、思维障碍（4.98±0.52）分、激惹性（4.02±0.33）分明显低于对照组，护理后恢复状况得分（117.25±5.63）分高于对照组，护理后生活质量评分[躯体功能（67.21±4.36）分、心理功能（59.77±5.11）分、社会功能（61.34±3.96）分、物质生活（66.36±3.87）分、生活质量总分（66.58±2.26）分]高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 对精神分裂症恢复期患者实施以人为本护理理念护理模式，可显著改善患者精神症状，提升患者恢复状况，改善患者生活质量，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 以人文本；护理；精神分裂症；恢复期 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（c）-0165-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of people-oriented nursing idea in patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period. Methods 88 cases of patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the observation group adopted the targeted nursing based on the people-oriented nursing idea， while the control group adopted the routine nursing， and the mental symptoms， recovery status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing， the mental symptom scores including anxiety and depression state， lack of vigor， hostility， thinking disorder and irritability in the observation group were respectively[（3.02±0.54）points， （4.23±0.69）points， （3.62±0.35）points， （4.98±0.52）points and （4.02±0.33）points]， which were obviously lower than those in the control group， after nursing， the recovery score was （117.25±5.63）points， which was higher than that in the control group， and the quality of life score after nursing including the somatic function， mental function， social function， material life and total score of quality of life were respectively （67.21±4.36）points， （59.77±5.11）points，（61.34±3.96）points， （66.36±3.87）points and （66.58±2.26）points， which were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.
