人工流产术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇对内分泌的影响分析 　　【摘 要】目的：分析人工流产术后采用屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗对内分泌的影响及临床效果。方法：选取从2016年6月到2017年6月于我院行人流术的208例意外妊娠患者作为研究对象，根据术后治疗方法分成采用常规促宫缩药剂、抗菌药剂的对照组（n=104）与在对照组术后治疗基础上加入屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗的观察组（n=104）。比较两组治疗后的内分泌相关指标以及临床治疗情况。结果：观察组术后E2水平上升、LH与PRL水平下降的幅度都明显高于对照组（p0.05）。此外观察组术后包括阴道出血时间、阴道出血量均显著低于对照组，观察组的子宫内膜厚度也比对照组更厚，观察组术后恢复情况也均显著优于对照组（p0.05），上述比较均存在统计学差异（p均0.05）。结论：人流术后采用屈螺酮炔雌醇能够帮助患者调节内分泌水平，提升治疗效果，效果确切。 　　【关键词】人工流产；屈螺酮炔雌醇；内分泌；雌激素 　　Abstract Objective： To analyze the effect and clinical effect of the treatment for the endocrinology with the treatment of abort after abortion.Method：From June 2016 to June 2017 were selected in our hospital to the pedestrian flow of the 208 cases of accidental pregnancy patients as the research object， according to the treatment methods are divided into the control group routine to promote uterine contractions agents， antimicrobial agents （n=104）and the observation group added drospirenoneethinyl estradiol treatment on the basis of the control group after treatment （n=104）.
