优质护理服务在神经内科护理中的应用效果观察 　　蔡 ① 　　【摘要】 目的：观察神经内科护理中优质护理干预的应用效果。方法：选择2012年3-12月在笔者所在医院神经内科进行治疗的178例患者，随机分成两组，各89例，对照组应用常规神经内科护理方法，护理组在对照组的护理基础上加入优质护理服务进行干预，对两组患者护理工作满意度及住院时间进行比较。结果：护理组患者护理工作满意度显著优于对照组（P0.05）；护理组患者住院时间较对照组明显缩短（P0.05）。结论：在神经内科日常护理工作中加入优质护理进行干预，明显提升了患者对护理工作的满意度，有效地缩短了住院时间，提高了临床疗效，值得在临床应用与推广。 　　【关键词】 优质护理服务； 神经内科 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）11-0091-02 　　Study of Application Effect of High-Quality Nursing Service in Neurological Care/CAI Ying.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（11）：91-92 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the application effect of the high-quality nursing intervention in the neurological care.Method：Chosed 178 cases of patients who received the treatment in author’s neurology department from March 2012 to December 2012.They were randomly divided into two groups.Each group had 89 cases.The control group applied the regular neurological care method while the nursing group increased the high-quality nursing service intervention based on the nursing work of the control group.The patients’ satisfaction on the nursing work and hospital stays of two groups were compared.Result：The patients’ satisfaction on the nursing work of the nursing group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.The length of the stay of patients in the nursing group was also shorter than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Increasing the high-quality nursing intervention in the daily neurological nursing work not only significantly enhances the patients’ satisfaction on the nursing work and effectively reduces the length of stay，and also improves the clinical effects.It is worthy of the clinical application and promotion. 　　【Key words】 High-quality nursing service； Department of neurology 　　First-author’s address：Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University，Shanghai 201102，China 　　神经内科涉及疾病种类繁杂，病情多变，故神经内科日常护理工作在全面掌握患者病情的条件下增强护理质量[1]。优质护理服务是指从患者状况、心理状态及患者社会关系等方面对患者进行护理的综合性护理模式[2]，具有安全、有效等优点。本次研究应用优质护理服务对神
