优质护理干预在尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后血液透析中的应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨优质护理干预在尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后血液透析中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年6月～2016年2月收治的尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者43例作为对照组，选取2016年3～11月收治43例患者作为观察组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理干预，比较两组患者的焦虑程度、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 干预前，两组患者SAS评分结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后两组患者的SAS评分均有所降低，与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；观察组评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。观察组患者并发症发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 优质护理干预措施可有效改善尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后血液透析患者的焦虑情绪，术后并发症少，且患者满意度高。 　　[关键词]尿毒症；继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进；血液透析；并发症；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（c）-0188-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application efficacy of high-quality nursing intervention post-operational patients with hyperparathyroidism secondary to uremia.Methods 43 post-operational patients with hyperparathyroidism secondary to uremia in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the control group and given general nursing service；another 43 patients from March 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the observation group and given high-quality nursing intervention.The degree of anxiety，nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complication were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention，there were no significantly different between the scores of SAS in two groups（P0.05）；after intervention，the scores of SAS in two groups were all decreased，and compared with those before intervention，the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.And those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the post-operational anxiety of patients with uremia secondary hyperparathyroidism， which is featured with less complications and high patients′ s
