优质护理在学龄前儿童急诊清创缝合中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理在学龄前儿童急诊清创缝合中的应用效果。 方法 选取2013年1月～2014年12月入住我院进行急诊清创缝合的100例学龄前儿童患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50）。对照组患儿采取常规护理措施进行护理，观察组患儿采取优质护理措施进行护理。观察两组患儿的配合度、护理满意度、心率以及呼吸情况。 结果 对照组患儿的配合率为10%，患儿及其家属对护理服务的满意度为58%；观察组患儿的配合率为34%，患儿及其家属对护理服务的满意度为96%。观察组的护理配合度及满意度显著高于对照组（P0.05）。手术后，观察组患儿的心率和呼吸频率显著优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 优质护理应用于学龄前儿童的急诊清创缝合中具有显著的效果，能够有效改善患儿的心率和呼吸情况，还能有效提高患儿的治疗依从性，有利于患者的预后，同时提高患儿及其家属对护理服务的满意度，有利于促进护患关系和谐发展。 　　[关键词] 优质护理；清创缝合；学龄前儿童 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（a）-0186-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of quality nursing in the emergency debridement and suturing for preschool children. Methods 100 preschool children who were hospitalized and given emergency debridement and suturing in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group（n=50） and observation group （n=50） according to the random method.The control group was given conventional nursing measures，the observation group was given quality nursing measures.The children′s compliance，nursing satisfaction，heart rates and respiratory situation in two groups were observed. Results In the control group，the children′s compliance rate was 10%，and the children and their families′ satisfaction to nursing service was 58%.In the observation group，the children′s compliance rate was 34%，and the children and their families′ satisfaction to nursing service was 96%.The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.After surgery，the heart rate and respiration situation in observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P0.05）.
