健康教育路径干预在PICC置管患者延续性护理中的应用   [摘要]目的 探讨健康教育路径干预在PICC置管患者延续性护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月~2016年6月收治的200例PICC置管患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为两组,各100例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行健康教育路径干预。比较两组患者自我护理能力、健康行为、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预前,两组患者自我护理能力、健康行为评分结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);干预后两组患者的两指标评分均有所提高,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组两指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对肿瘤PICC置管患者采用健康教育路径干预可以明显提高患者自我护理能力、健康行为及护理满意度,降低患者的并发症发病率,值得临床推广使用。   [关键词]健康教育;PICC置管;延续性护理;不良反应;护理满意度   [中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2017)06(b)-0166-04   [Abstract]Objective To explore the application of health education path intervention on the continuing nursing care in patients with PICC.Methods 200 patients with PICC in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two group according to the random number table,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group were given health education path intervention.The self-nursing ability,health behavior,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significantly different among the scores of self-nursing ability and health behavior in two groups (P0.05);after intervention,the scores of two indexes in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).And those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Using health education path intervention in patients with PICC can improve self-nursing ability,health behavior and nursing satisfaction an
