创伤护理程序在儿科中重度创伤患者抢救中应用   【摘要】 目的:评价采用创伤护理程序在降低抢救时间、提高患儿生存质量、降低患儿死亡率方面的优势。方法:将本院收治的中重度创伤患儿156例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组78例。观察组采用本院儿科8步法中重度创伤护理程序进行护理,对照组采用常规护理程序进行护理。对两组患儿的受伤至接诊时间、有效抢救时间、抢救成功率、死亡率、住院时间、生存质量评分及护理满意度进行评价。结果:两组患儿的受伤至接诊时间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。采用儿科8步法中重度创伤护理程序的观察组患儿的有效抢救时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,抢救成功率92.5%明显高于对照组的75.8%,死亡率7.5%明显低于对照组的25.2%,生存质量评分、护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:在儿科中重度创伤患者抢救过程中,采用该创伤护理程序能够及时、准确地采取救护措施,缩短救治时间,以抢占抢救的“黄金时间”,尽快使患者的生命体征平稳,对于提高中重度创伤患儿的生存质量、提高抢救成功率和降低病死率具有重要意义。   【关键词】 创伤护理程序; 中重度创伤; 儿科   【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the trauma care program in the advantages of reducing the save time,improving the quality of children survival,reducing children mortality.Method:156 children with moderate and severe trauma admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,78 cases in each group.The observation group underwent 8 footwork moderate and severe trauma care program of pediatric in our hospital,and the control group underwent conventional nursing process.The injury to reception time,effective rescue time,rescue success rate,mortality,length of stay,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were evaluated.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the injury to reception time between the two groups(P0.05).After using 8 footwork moderate and severe trauma care program of pediatric in our hospital,the effective rescue time and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the rescue success rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 75.8% of the control group,and the mortality of the observation group was 7.5%,which was significantly lower than 25.2% of the control group,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:In the rescue process of moderate an
