医学院校青年教师指导本科生课外科研遇到问题及解决对策 　　[摘要] 高等医学院校开展的本科生课外科研训练，是促使学生由学习向发现进行转化的直接途径，是使学生能够适应现代化并面向未来的需要。本文从学生和教师两个角度，对医学院校青年教师指导本科生课外科研过程中出现的若干问题进行了分析，包括学生科研观念问题、学生实验技能问题、学生探索独立性问题、青年教师引导方向问题、青年教师自身工作安排问题等。同时提出了相应问题的解决对策，包括引导学生正确科研观念形成、做好学生实验操作培训工作、培养学生科研独立性、建立学生良好科研思维、安排好教师自身各项工作等方面，使青年教师能够在培养本科生科研综合能力的过程中发挥更大的作用。 　　[关键词] 青年教师；本科生；课外科研；实验 　　[中图分类号] R229 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）02（a）-0135-04 　　The issues and corresponding solutions that young teachers in medical universities encounter during guiding the undergraduates through their extracurricular research 　　LU Yanzhi BAI Yinlan WANG Limei KANG Jian WU Xingan▲ 　　Department of Microbiology，School of Basic Medicine，Fourth Military Medical University，Xian 710032，China 　　[Abstract] The extracurricular research training for undergraduates in higher medical universities is set to prompt students to transform their studying to discovering directly，and to enable them to adapt to modernization in the future.This article analyzes the issues founded in the duration that young teachers guided undergraduates through their extracurricular research in medical universities.The issues involves the research concept of students，the experimental technique of students，independent research of students，guiding orientation of young teachers and works arrangement of young teachers.As well，this article presented the corresponding solutions，which involve the guidance of the correct scientific research concept for students，well training of experimental operation for students，cultivation of research independence for students，establishment of good scientific research thinking for students and good arrangement of works for teachers themselves.These methods might enable young teachers to play a more important role in enhancing the comprehensive researching abilities of undergraduates. 　　[Key words] Young teacher；Undergraduate；Extracurricular research；Experiment 　　高等?t学教育的主要职能，是面向社会培养高级医药专业人才，同时要开展各项医学科学研究，为医疗卫生事业以及各项社会建设服务[1]。本科生是医学高等教育培养的
