医护一体化康复锻炼对前交叉韧带重建术后Lysholm评分影响 　　【摘要】 目的：通过对前十字韧带重建术后行传统康复方案与医护一体化康复方案Lysholm评分影响的比较，明确医护一体化康复方案在前十字韧带重建术后康复中的优势，并进一步临床推广。方法：选取2014年7-11月本院收治的前十字韧带重建患者30例作为对照组，选取2014年12月-2015年3月前十字韧带重建患者30例作为试验组，比较两组患者术前和术后1、3、6、12个月Lysholm评分、住院时间及满意度。结果：两组患者术前Lysholm评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；试验组术后1、3、6、12个月Lysholm评分、住院时间及满意度均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：医护一体化康复方案能够促进患者膝关节功能康复，提高患者生活质量。 　　【关键词】 传统康复方案； 医护一体化康复方案； 住院时间； 住院满意度； Lysholm评分 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effects of traditional rehabilitation program and health care integration program on Lysholm score after the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament，define the advantages of health care integrated rehabilitation program in the rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and make further clinical promotion.Method：A total of 30 cases of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in our hospital from July 2014 to November 2014 were selected as the control group，30 cases of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in December 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the experimental group，Lysholm score in preoperative and postoperative 1，3，6，12 months，length of stay and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：There was no significant difference in preoperative Lysholm scores between two groups（P0.05）.Lysholm score of postoperative 1，3，6，12 months，length of stay and satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Health care integration rehabilitation program can promote rehabilitation of knee functions and improve quality of life for patients. 　　【Key words】 Conventional rehabilitation program； Health care integration rehabilitation program； Length of stay； Inpatient satisfaction； Lysholm score 　　First-author’s address：Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510120，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.24.040 　　前十字韧带是维持膝关节稳定性的重要结构，断裂后导致明显的膝关节不稳，严重影响膝关节功能。目前临
