发展性照顾对早产儿生长发育影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨发展性照顾护理模式对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法：选择2011年3月-2014年3月本院收治的200例早产儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组100例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施发展性照顾，观察比较两组早产儿的胃泌素分泌量、生长发育情况、喂养不耐受发生情况及家长满意度。结果：观察组护理2、3个月时的胃泌素分泌量高于对照组，护理后换插足体重、身长、喂养不耐受发生情况及家长满意度均明显优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：早产儿采用发展性照顾模式进行护理，促进早产儿胃泌素的分泌，减少喂养不耐受现象，提高早产儿家长的满意度，利于早产儿的生长发育，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 发展性照顾； 早产儿； 生长发育 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effects of developmental care on the growth and development of premature infants.Method：200 cases of premature infants in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with each group 100 cases.The control group was given routine nursing，the observation group was given developmental care on the basis of routine nursing.The secretory volume of gastrin，the situation of growth and development，the occurrence of feeding intolerance and parents satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：2 and 3 months after the nursing，the secretory volumes of gastrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After the nursing，the weight，the height，the occurrence of feeding intolerance and parents satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Developmental care used in premature infants can promote the secretory of gastrin，reduce the occurrence of feeding intolerance and improve parents satisfaction.It is good for premature infants’ growth and development and it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Developmental care； Premature infant； Growth and development 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.28.027 　　早产儿在临床上可存在多种生长发育问题，如胃泌素分泌障碍、喂养不耐受、体重下降等，可对新生儿的正常生长发育带来严重影响，因此，早产儿的临床护理工作也始终是各个医院临床护理工作的重要组
