右美托咪定在全腔镜食管癌根治术患者中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨右美托咪定在全腔镜食管癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年6月在我院接受全腔镜食管癌根治术的56例患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各28例。观察组在全身麻醉气管插管后泵入右美托咪定，对照组则泵入等量生理盐水，观察并比较两组患者的手术效果以及VAS、NRS评分。结果 观察组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间以及拔管时间均显著短于对照组（P0.05），观察组的并发症发生率、术中知晓率均显著低于对照组（P0.05），观察组治疗后的VAS、NRS评分均显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 给予全腔镜食管癌根治术患者右美托咪定能够显著缩短患者的拔管时间及呼吸恢复时间，降低患者VAS、NRS评分，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]右美托咪定；全腔镜；食管癌根治术；视觉模拟评分； 疼痛数字评分法 　　[中图分类号] R735.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（b）-0101-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of Dexmedetomidine in patients undergone radical resection of esophageal cancer by total endoscope.Methods From January 2015 to June 2017，56 patients accepted radical resection of esophageal cancer under total endoscope were selected and evenly divided into the observation group and the control group by a random number table method.In the observation group，Dexmedetomidine was pumped after tracheal intubation for general anesthesia，while in the control group，the same amount of normal saline was pumped.The operation effect，and the VAS and NRS scores in the two groups were observed and compared.Results In the observation group，the recovery time of spontaneous breathing，eye-opening time，and extubation time were all significantly shorter than those in the control group （P0.05）.The incidence of complications and intraoperative awareness rate in the observation group were both greatly lower in comparison with those in the control group （P0.05）.The VAS and NRS scores in the observation group were significantly lower compared with those in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion For patients undergone radical resection of esophageal cancer by total endoscope，application of Dexmedetomidine can markedly shorten the extubation time and respiratory recovery time，and decreases the scores of VAS and NRS，which is worthy of promotion and application. 　　[Key words]Dexmedetomidine；Total endoscope；Radical resection of esophageal cancer；Visual analogue scale；Pain numerical rati
