吡格列酮对老年糖尿病患者血脂及血液流变学影响 　　摘 要 目的：了解吡格列酮对老年糖尿病患者血液流变学及血脂的影响。方法：纳入2014年7月至12月就诊的2型老年糖尿病患者58例，分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。两组均采用常规治疗，治疗组加用吡格列酮30mg/d，早餐前30min口服，两组均治疗6周。观察治疗后两组血糖水平、血脂水平和血液流变学指标的变化。结果：治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、全血低切比黏度、高切比黏度、血浆比黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度（P0.05）和血小板聚集率（P0.01）均较治疗前明显降低，三酰甘油水平亦有降低（P0.05）。结论：吡格列酮对老年糖尿病患者血糖、血脂，血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改善，对防治老年糖尿病并发症有较好作用。 　　关键词 糖尿病 吡格列酮 药物治疗 　　中图分类号：R587.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）02-0024-02 　　Influence of pioglitazone on the blood lipid and hemorheology in the elderly patients with diabetes 　　SHENG Lihua， ZHANG Yu， FU Qiong， CHU Suping 　　（Xinchang Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 201314， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the influence of pioglitazone on hemorheology and blood lipid in the elderly patients with diabetes. Methods： Fifty-eight cases of type 2 diabetes were selected from July to Dec. 2014 and divided into a treatment group with 30 cases and a control one with 28 ones. Both groups were given the conventional treatment and the treatment group was treated with pioglitazone 30 mg/d， orally 30 min before breakfast. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks. The changes of the levels of blood sugar and blood lipid and hemorheology indexes were observed after the treatment. Results： The fasting blood glucose， postprandial blood glucose， low shear whole blood viscosity， high shear viscosity， plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen concentration （P0.05） and platelet aggregation rate （P0.01） were significantly lower than before the treatment in the treatment group and there was also a decrease in the level of triglyceride （P0.05）.
