可吸收性根管桩在乳牙外伤及乳牙残冠中应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究可吸收性根管桩（以聚乳酸根管桩为例）在治疗儿童乳牙外伤以及残冠中的效果。方法：选取2011年3月-2012年3月在笔者所在医院儿童口腔门诊就诊的50例患儿共计90颗患牙作为研究对象，基本上均是上下前乳牙外伤或者残冠，其中乳牙外伤以上乳中切牙最为常见。所有患牙均给予有效、完整的根管治疗，采用聚乳酸根管桩制作桩核进行修复，对所有患儿的修复效果进行跟踪随访。结果：经1～2年的随访，在随访期间未发现牙齿根折的现象，其中88颗患牙的修复体边缘密合，没有任何松动的迹象，也没有发现脱落或继发龋损，牙周很健康，其中有1颗牙齿出现纤维桩核松动脱落的现象，1颗纤维桩折断，因此本次修复成功率为97.8%，所有患儿对本次修复的美学效果表示满意。结论：研究结果显示，聚乳酸根管桩对于儿童乳牙外伤或残冠的修复治疗成功率较高，且全冠修复的美学效果良好，很难造成根折，因此采取该方法进行修复可以获得满意的疗效。 　　【关键词】 乳牙外伤； 残冠； 可吸收性根管； 聚乳酸； 应用分析 　　中图分类号 R783.3 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）35-0139-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of absorbable root canal pile （using polylactic acid root pile for example） in the treatment of deciduous teeth trauma and residual crown of children.Method：A total of 90 teeth of 50 children in children’s oral outpatients of our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were randomly selected as research objects，they were basically upper and lower anterior teeth trauma or residual crown，the deciduous teeth trauma or deciduous teeth was the most common.All the teeth were treated with effective， complete root canal therapy，pile nuclear was made by polylactic acid tube pile to repair，the fixed effects in all children were followed up.Result：After 1-2 years of follow-up，the tooth root fracture phenomenon was not found during the follow-up period，among them the restoration margin of 88 teeth were closed，with no sign of any loose，also found no shedding or secondary caries，periodontal health，which included 1 tooth appeared fiber post core loosening phenomenon，1 fiber post was broken，so the repair success rate was 97.8%，all patients expressed satisfaction with the aesthetic effect of the repair.Conclusion：The results showed that the success rate of polylactic acid tube pile for repair in the treatment of deciduous teeth trauma or residual crown is high，and the aesthetic effect of full crown is good，it is difficult to cause root fracture，and therefore take the method of repair can obtain satisfactory effect. 　　【Key word
