单倍体造血干细胞移植并发癫痫护理研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析单倍体造血干细胞移植患者并发癫痫的原因，探讨并发癫痫患者的临床护理对策。 方法 回顾性统计分析我中心2015年1月1日～12月31日期间接收入院的行单倍体造血干细胞移植患者的临床资料，共有10例单倍体造血干细胞移植患者并发癫痫，总结其发病情况，分析其发病原因，探讨其临床护理效果。 结果 10例单倍体造血干细胞移植并发癫痫患者9例无癫痫病史，2例患者发作次数≥3次，4例患者3 min。癫痫诱发因素多为移植药物因素。经临床有效癫痫护理后1例死亡，死亡率为10%，护理效果较佳。 结论 对于行单倍体造血干细胞移植并发癫痫的患者，分析癫痫诱发因素，给予患者有效的临床护理，可显著提升护理效果，提升患者疾病预后。 　　[关键词] 单倍体；造血干细胞；移植；癫痫；临床护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）16-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the cause of epilepsy after haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and investigate the clinical nursing strategy of patients with epilepsy. Methods The clinical data of patients with haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from January 1st 2015 to December 31st 2015 were retrospectively statistically analyzed and epilepsy occurred on 10 patients with haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The onset situations were summarized， the causes were analyzed and the clinical nursing effect were explored. Results No histories of epilepsy were presented in 9 out of 10 patients with epilepsy after haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation， two or more onset times were presented in 2 patients and three or more last time were presented in 5 patients. The inducing factors were more likely to be the transplantation preconditioning drugs. 1 patient was resulted in death with effective epilepsy clinical nursing with the death rate of 10%. The nursing effect was relatively good. Conclusion For the patients with epilepsy after haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation， analysis and inducing factor of epilepsy and application of effective clinical nursing can significantly increase the nursing effect and improve the prognosis. 　　[Key words] Haploid； Hematopoietic stem cell； Transplantation； Epilepsy； Clinical nursing 　　造血干细胞移植在临床血液系统疾病治疗中较为常见，可有效治疗疾病，但同时移植的并发症较多，移植并发癫痫即为主要并发症之一[1-3]。移植并发症往往发生快且严重，如不及时给予有效治疗以及护理，常影响移植治疗效果，降低患者预后质量[4，5]。我中心2015年1月1日～12月31日共进行了218例单倍体造血干细胞移植，其中有10例单倍体造血干细胞移植患者并
