喜疗妥软膏在治疗静脉留置针致静脉炎中应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.17.85 　　摘要目的：探讨喜疗妥软膏治疗静脉留置针输液致静脉炎的效果。方法：将96例使用静脉留置针输液致静脉炎的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各48例，试验组采用局部外涂喜疗妥软膏结合适当按摩患处的方法，对照组采用饱和硫酸镁溶液局部湿敷患处的传统方法。比较两组患者局部皮肤红和（或）肿消退时间长短、静脉炎的治疗效果。结果：试验组皮肤红和（或）肿消退时间12.0±4.8小时，治疗总有效率98.0%；对照组皮肤红和（或）肿消退时间24.0±4.2小时，治疗总有效率91.7%。两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；试验组局部皮肤红和（或）肿消退时间较对照组短，治疗效果优于对照组。结论：采用局部外涂喜疗妥软膏结合适当按摩患处治疗静脉留置针输液致静脉炎的方法具有治疗效果好、局部皮肤红和（或）肿消退时间消退快等优点，而且喜疗妥软膏取材方便，使用简单，易于观察，安全高效。 　　关键词喜疗妥软膏静脉留置针静脉炎 　　Application of hirudoid ointment in the treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle 　　Huang Yanling 　　The Third Department of Surgery，the People’s Hospital of Dabu County，Meizhou City，Guangdong 514299 　　AbstractObjective：To explore the effect of hirudoid ointment in the treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle.
