喉癌患者不同手术方式临床疗效及预后影响因素探究 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨喉癌患者不同手术方式的临床疗效及预后影响因素。 方法 以本院2008年1月～2011年1月收治的60例喉癌手术治疗患者为研究对象，根据手术方式的不同分为全切除组及部分切除组，比较两组患者的3年生存率及术后早期生活质量，分析影响喉癌患者预后水平的危险因素。 结果 两组患者3年生存率差异无统计学意义（P0.05），部分切除组患者术后早期生活质量高于全切除组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。单因素分析结果显示，年龄、术前是否存在淋巴结转移、TNM分期情况及患者术后早期生活质量是影响患者预后水平的主要因素。 结论 部分喉癌切除术在治疗喉癌中，与全切除术生存率相近，但术后早期生活质量较高；年龄、术前是否存在淋巴结转移、TNM分期情况及患者术后早期生活质量是影响预后的主要因素。 　　[关键词] 喉癌；手术；预后因素 　　[中图分类号] R739.65[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（c）-0031-03 　　 　　Explore the clinical efficacy and prognostis factors of different surgical approches in patients with laryngocarcinoma 　　LE Fei LUO Wen-zheng TANG Yi-hua CHEN Wen 　　The Second Department of Head and Neck,Cancer Hospital of Jiangxi Province,Nanchang 330029,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect and prognosis of patients with laryngocarcinoma by different surgical procedures. Methods 60 cases with laryngocarcinoma surgery in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011 were investigated.The objects were divided into entire resection group and partial resection group according to the operation method.The 3 years survival rate and early postoperative quality of life between two groups were compared.At the same time,the risk factors of affecting the prognosis of patients with laryngeal carcinoma was analyzed. Results The 3 years survival rate between two groups had no significant difference (P0.05),partial resection group had a higher early postoperative quality of life than entire resection group,the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).Single factor analysis results showed that age,preoperative presence of lymph node metastases,TNM staging and early postoperative quality of life were the main factors affecting the prognosis. Conclusion Partial resection in the treatment of laryngocarcinoma,which has a similar survival rate with entire resection group,has a higher postoperative life quality than entire resection group.And the factors influencing the prognosis include age,
