基于CBL和PBL联合教学在小儿喘息性疾病教学中应用研究   【摘 要】目的:探讨CBL-PBL联合教学在小儿呼吸科喘息性疾病教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2012.07~2013.06期间在苏州大学附属儿童医院小儿呼吸内科临床实习的临床医学本科学生60 人,分CBL组、PBL组及CBL-PBL联合教学组。按照问卷调查和综合考试的形式进行教学后评估。结果:CBL教学在掌握知识要点及合理安排时间上比PBL组更为合理,而PBL在提高学习效率及自学能力、激发兴趣、提高临床思维、提高团队合作能力、拓宽知识面及提高查阅文献的能力方面与CBL比较更有优势。同时,CBL-PBL联合教学能弥补学生PBL教学的不足,提高综合考试成绩。结论:CBL-PBL联合教学模式存在很好的互补作用,可以弥补CBL或PBL单种教学的缺陷与不足,值得医学院校推广应用。   【关键词】以案例为基础的教学;以问题为基础的教学;喘息性疾病;儿科学   Application of Integration of CBL and PBL Teaching Method in Teaching of Children’s Wheezing Diseases   CHEN Zheng-rong   (Department of Respiratory Disease, Children’s Hospital affiliated to Soochow University, School of Medicine, Soochow University,   Suzhou Jiangsu 215003, China)   【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the integration of case based learning (CBL) and problem based learning in teaching of children’s wheezing diseases. Meathods: Total 60 medical interns learning in department of respiratory disease were enrolled from July, 2012 to June 2013 and divided into three groups: CBL teaching only group, PBL teaching only group and both CBL and PBL teaching group. Teaching effect was evaluated using questionnaire survey and comprehensive examination. Results: Interns of teaching CBL group were more rational in grasping main point of knowledge and planning schedule than PBL group. Meanwhile, Interns of PBL teaching group had more advantages on leaning efficiency, ability of self-learning, interest stimulation, improving clinical thinking, team-work ability, widenning scope of knowledge, and ability of obtaining references. What’s more, integration of CBL and PBL teaching method could make up the defect of PBL teaching only method and finally improved the comprehensive examination.
