基于供给侧结构优化视角图书馆服务模式演化机理研究 　　〔摘要〕在全国供给侧结构性改革的背景下，以系统理论分析为基础构建了服务模式演化系统模型，探讨了图书馆服务转型升级的演化机理，希望为我国公共事业供给侧结构性改革，提供新的理论分析视角。从图书馆供给侧要素、动力、环境、服务能力、功能及模式演化等方面进行了系统分析。基础资源、人才、技术和空间是图书馆供给侧四要素，是构建图书馆服务模式演化机理模型的基础，也是影响并决定着图书馆服务能力和水平的内在依据，系统要素结构调整与优化是提升图书馆服务能力，增强服务功能与服务效果的根本动力。 　　〔关键词〕供给侧；图书馆；服务模式；要素优化；服务能力；演化机理 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1008-0821.2018.02.004 　　〔中图分类号〕G251；G252〔文献标识码〕A〔文章编号〕1008-0821（2018）02-0024-05 　　Research on the Evolution Mechanism of Library Service 　　Model Based on Supply Side Structure Optimization 　　Chen Yuanfang1，2Li He1Hong Chuang1Hou Litie1 　　（1.School of Management，Jilin University，Changchun 130022，China； 　　2.Library，Huzhou University，Huzhou 313000，China） 　　〔Abstract〕Based on the system theory analysis，this paper constructed the evolution model of the service model under the background of the structural reform of the supply side of the country，discussed the evolution mechanism of the library service transformation and upgrading，and provided the structural reform of the public service supply side new theoretical analysis perspective.This paper systematically analyzed the elements，power，environment，service ability，function and mode evolution of the library supply side.The basic resources，talents，technology and space were the four elements of the library supply side，which was the basis of constructing the evolution mechanism model of the library service model.It also influenced and determined the internal basis of the library service ability and level.The adjustment and optimization of the system elements was to improve the library service ability，enhance the service function and service effect of the fundamental driving force. 　　〔Key words〕supply side；library；service model；factor optimization；service ability；evolution mechanism 　　?D书馆发展模式正在从资源驱动型走向服务主导型。图书馆服务的四大基本要素是资源、人才、技术和空间，如何发挥图书馆供给侧四大基本要素的作用，为用户提供个性化需求，加快从以流通阅览、参考咨询服务为标志的传统服务，走向以学科服务、数据服务、出版服务、情报服务、移动服务、智库服务等为特征的新型服务，这是图书馆转型与变革的关键。新型服务是以一定用户的信息需求为中心，提供对口服务[1]。对口服务实质上就是帮助用户获取更适合他们所需要的知识资源[
