基于学历视角兰州市女性公务员生活质量研究 　　【摘要】 目的：利用生活质量综合评定问卷（QOL-74）量表测量兰州市女性公务员生活质量状况，并从学历角度探讨该人群生活质量的影响因素，为女性公务员生活质量的提高及健康管理、教育提供科学依据。方法：以生活质量综合评定问卷（QOL-74）量表为调查工具，收集整理2012年7-9月286份有效调查数据，采用SPSS软件分析数据。结果：无论主观满意度还是客观生活质量，兰州市女性公务员均处于中上等水平；客观维度评分最高的是社会功能，为（31.67±6.70）分，最低的是躯体功能，为（21.03±13.44）分，主观维度评分最高的是社会功能，为（31.20±6.63）分，最低的是物质功能，为（29.62±7.33）分；学历越高客观生活质量越好，而主观满意度则相反，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：兰州市女性公务员生活质量处于中等水平或偏上，学历越高客观生活质量越好，主观满意度越低。 　　【关键词】 女性公务员； 生活质量； 生活质量综合评定问卷（QOL-74）； 学历 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To measure the quality of life for female civil servants in Lanzhou City by quality of life comprehensive evaluation questionnaire （QOL-74），discuss influence factors on the quality of life of the population from the perspective of education，and provide scientific basis for the improvement quality of life for female civil servants and health management and education.Method：From July 2012 to September 2012，286 valid survey data were collected with the quality of life questionnaire （QOL-74） as the survey tool and the data was analyzed by SPSS software.Result：Both subjective and objective quality of life，the female civil servants in Lanzhou City were in the upper level. The highest score of objective dimension was social function with （31.67±6.70） points，the lowest was physical function with （21.03±13.44）points，the highest score of subjective dimension was social function with （31.20±6.63）points，the lowest was the material function with （29.62±7.33）points. The higher education，the better quality of life，and the subjective satisfaction was the opposite，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The quality of life for female civil servants in Lanzhou City is in the middle level or above，the higher degree，the better objective quality of life and the lower subjective satisfaction. 　　【Key words】 Female civil servants； Quality of life； Quality of life questionnaire（QOL-74）； Education 　　First-author’s address：The Second Hospital Affiliated to Lanzhou University，Lanzhou 7
