复方大承气汤用于阑尾切除术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者治疗中临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨阑尾切除术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者利用复方大承气汤治疗的临床效果。方法 选取该院2013年8月―2015年8月收治的阑尾切除术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者50例为研究对象，随机分为两组，给予不同药物治疗，比较分析两组临床症状缓解时间以及治疗总有效率。 结果 观察组总有效率为96%，对照组为68%；观察组治疗用时、恶心、呕吐消失时间、肠鸣音消失时间、恢复排便排气时间、解稀水样便时间、正常进食时间分别为（11.1±3.8）d、（6.3±3.5）d、（2.2±1.1）d、（3.1±1.4）d、（4.4±0.7）d、（12.8±5.2）d，对照组分别为（15.1±4.1）d、（11.2±3.1）d、（6.4±1.9）d、（7.3±1.6）d、（8.5±2.1）d、（16.3±4.1）d。结论 复方大承气汤用于阑尾切除术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者治疗中，疗效显著，有临床推广价值。 　　[关键词] 复方大承气汤；阑尾切除术；早期炎性肠梗阻；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R574.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（c）-0166-02 　　Clinical Observation of Potent Purgative Decoction with Additions in Treatment of Patients with Early Postoperative Inflammatory Ileus after Appendicectomy 　　ZHAI Bai-zhi 　　Department of TCM Surgery， Kunshan Sixth Peoples Hospital of Jiangsu Province，Suzhou，Jiangsu Province， 215321 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of potent purgative decoction with additions in treatment of patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus after appendicectomy. Methods 50 cases of patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus after appendicectomy admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups and were treated with different drugs， the relief time of clinical symptoms and total treatment effective rates of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 96% in the observation group and 68% in the control group， the treatment time， disappearance time of nausea and vomiting， disappearance time of bowel sound， recovery time of defecation and exhaust， dilute solution sample defecate time and normal food intake time were respectively（11.1±3.8） d， （6.3±3.5） d， （2.2±1.1） d， （3.1±1.4） d， （4.4±0.7） d and （12.8±5.2） d in the observation group and （15.1±4.1） d， （11.2±3.1） d， （6.4±1.9） d， （7.3±1.6） d， （8.5±2.10） d and （16.3±4.1） d in the control group.
