外伤性腹部内脏损伤治疗围术期护理及体会 　　【摘要】目的：分析外伤性腹部内脏损伤治疗的围术期护理方式。方法：将2016年3月到2017年3月于本院实施外伤性腹部内脏损伤治疗的50例患者作为研究对象，按照患者的患者入院顺序纳入研究组与参照组（n=25）。参照组应用常规护理干预方式，研究组应用综合护理干预方式，比较两组患者的并发症发生率及患者术后护理质量评分。结果：研究组患者的并发症发生率为4%，参照组患者的并发症发生率为20%，组间差异比较具有统计学意义（p0.05）。同时，研究组与参照组患者在术后护理质量评分对比方面存在明显区别，数据比较差异显著（p0.05）。结论：外伤性腹部内脏损伤治疗期间，予以综合护理干预的方式，有助于避免患者并发症发生率，且能够提升患者的护理质量满意度能够显著提升，有助于和谐护患关系的构建。 　　【关键词】外伤性腹部内脏损伤；临床治疗；围术期护理 　　[Abstract] Objective：To analysis of traumatic abdominal visceral injury treatment of perioperative nursing mode.Methods： in March 2016 to March 2017 on the implementation of treatment of 50 cases of traumatic abdominal visceral injury as the research object，according to the patients of patients admitted to hospital order into the group and the control group（n = 25）.Control group used the conventional way of nursing intervention，the team used comprehensive nursing intervention，the incidence of complications and compare two groups of patients postoperative nursing quality score.Results： the incidence of complications for patients with team 4%，control group patients the incidence of complications was 20%，the differences between groups are statistically significant（p 0.05）.At the same time，the team compared with control group patients in the postoperative nursing quality score，there exist obvious difference between the data more significant difference（p0.05）.Conclusion： traumatic abdominal visceral injury during treatment，comprehensive nursing intervention，helps to avoid complications，patients and to improve the quality of nursing care of patients satisfaction significantly increased，and contribute to the construction of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients. 　　[Key words] traumatic abdominal visceral injury；Clinical treatment；Perioperative nursing 　　【中?D分类号】R473.6 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-6851（2017）06-0-01 　　近些年来由于交通事故频频发生，外伤性腹部内脏损伤患者数量不断增加，患者脾破裂的风险系数相对较高，且易于发生失血性休克等并发症，病情多比较危急，需要快速予以手术治疗。患者手术治疗期间的护理干预方式，能够关系到患者的心理状态、治疗效果。文章将2016年3月到2017年3月于本院实施外伤性腹部内脏损伤治疗的50例患者作为研
