基于风险分担代建费用问题研究 　　摘要：代建制是政府投资项目管理的新模式，针对代建制中所存在的代建费问题提出从风险分担的角度分析代建费用的构成,构建代建费用取费模型，并用线性规划方法对风险进行合理分担确定模型中的风险分担系数，最后通过实证分析验证该模型是可靠的、可行的。 　　关键词:代建费；政府投资项目；风险分担；取费模型 　　中图分类号：F407.9文献标示码：A 文章编号： 　　Abstract: Construction agent is a new model of government investment project management. From the perspective of risk-sharing, the paper analyze the composition of the construction agent for construction agent charge to build the model of construction agent, to make a reasonable share of risk with linear programming method, and to determine the coefficient of risk-sharing in model. Finally the paper
