外固定支架治疗桡骨骨折患者临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨外固定支架治疗桡骨骨折患者的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院2012年1～ 6月收治的90例桡骨骨折患者，按照随机数字表分为观察组（采用外固定支架治疗）和对照组（采用闭合复位治疗），比较两组患者治疗后的骨折复位情况和功能恢复情况。 结果 观察组患者骨折复位优良率为93.3%，对照组相应优良率为55.6%，观察组患者骨折复位的优良率明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者功能恢复的优良率为93.3%，对照组相应优良率为53.4%，观察组患者功能恢复的优良率明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 外固定架治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效好，并发症反应也少，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 外固定支架；闭合复位；桡骨骨折 　　[中图分类号] R683.41 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）22-181-02 　　Clinical curative effect of external fixator for the treatment of patients with fracture radius 　　YE Hua 　　Orthopaedic Department， Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tongliang County in Chongqing City， Chongqing 402560， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of external fixator for the treatment of patients with fracture radius. Methods Ninety radial fractures cases were chosen in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2012， they were randomly divided into observation group（treated with external fixation support） and control group（treated with closed reduction）， and compare the reset and functional recovery between the two groups after treatment. Results The excellent rate in reduction of fracture of observation group was 93.3%， the excellent rate of control group was 55.6%， the excellent rate in reduction of fracture of observation group of patients with fracture was significantly higher than the control group， the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）； the excellent rate in functional recovery of observation group was 93.3%， the excellent rate of control group was 53.4%， the excellent rate in functional recovery of observation group was significantly higher than the control group， the patients with functional recovery differences statistically significant（P0.05）.
