实时超声弹性成像靶向活检与超声造影靶向活检对老年前列腺癌诊断作用研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声弹性成像联合靶向活检与前列腺超声造影对老年前列腺癌的诊断效果。 方法 对收入我院的120例前列腺癌疑似患者进行诊断研究，收集患者资料，采用不同的检测方法进行诊断，比较各?N检查方法的诊断效果差异。 结果 常规超声诊断前列腺癌的敏感性为64.71%、准确性为68.33%、特异性为71.01%、阳性预测值为62.26%、阴性预测值为73.13%。病理恶性组的经直肠实时组织超声弹性成像技术（transrectal real-time tissue ultrasound elastography，TRTE）总评分显著高于病理良性组（P0.05）。对三种活检方式进行比较，TRTE+CEUS活检的检出率高于TRTE靶向活检，TRTE靶向活检检出率高于系统活检（P0.05）。 结论 实时超声弹性成像联合超声造影进行靶向活检效果优于系统活检以及单独应用超声弹性成像活检，能提高检出率。 　　[关键词] 经直肠超声造影；经直肠超声；经直肠实时弹性成像；老年前列腺癌 　　[中图分类号] R445.1；R737.25 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）01-0119-04 　　The study on transrectal real-time elastography targeted biopsy and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography targeted biopsy for the diagnosis of senile prostate cancer 　　LU Bin ZHOU Yibo 　　Department of Ultrasound， Jinhua Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Jinhua 321000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound elastography combined with targeted biopsy and prostatic ultrasonography on the diagnosis of prostate cancer in the elderly. Methods 120 patients with suspected prostate cancer admitted in our hospital were conducted diagnostic studies. The data of patients were collected，and the patients were diagnosed by different detection methods. The difference of the diagnostic effects of various inspection methods was compared. Results The sensitivity， accuracy， specificity， positive predictive value and negative predictive value of routine ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer was 64.71%， 68.33%， 71.01%， 62.26% and 73.13%， respctvively. The total score of transrectal real-time tissue thermollectography （TRTE） in the malignant group was significantly higher than that in the benign group（P0.05）.
