This training is a driving force to speed up the developments of enterprises, an important approach for valuing up human capitals, a pusher for realizing the knowledge management, the core ideology for practicing human-oriented concepts. The employee training has an ultimate objective of developing both employees and enterprises, which becomes the liability and obligation for all the employees at enterprise. As the employee training of enterprises gradually develops its specialization and diversification, requirements for the design of training system are increased. Hereby the creation of optimization of training system becomes one of the key issues in human resource management at many enterprises. How to establish a realistic and effective training system is essential. It includes theoretical and realistic meaning, which is the purpose for the project involved in this thesis. This thesis applies the theory of human resource training to address the problems in training, by investigating the current situation of human resource and employee training at the Center of TX Operation Maintenance. By deconstructing individual aspects, such as requirements analysis of training, training scheme design, training implementation, training result evaluation, a position-capacity training scheme with applicable orientation and maneuverability is designed. On the basis of current employee training system of Center of TX Operation Maintenance, this thesis presents a more scientific system and analyzes its effectiveness. Therefore, our proposed system makes the training program more effective, enhances employees’ working capacity and technical knowledge, associates the training with personal career development, and eventually achieves the objective of promoting the developments for both employees and enterprise.
