It is a typical kind of the multimedia communication in 21th century. It can connect conference end points and different place, and transport various kinds of image, voice and digital signal between them, then make the present people have a felling of attend personally. Video conference can provide directly, overall communication and exchanges to the user, and can save time and cost, enhance the productivity. Traditional video conference system generally based on the embedded, special hardware, it generally consists of terminal, correspondence network, multipoint control unit and other software part. In recent years, along with the development of Internet, video conference system based on PC start develops rapidly. Its characteristics are mainly in general use and pure software. In this paper, the main contain is: receiving, sending and storing the video streaming data; receiving control message information, process it and adjust the customer’s status. Since this system is based on practical streaming media server of a company, it is focused on improving server performance to consider the content. Therefore it needs to consider other factors affecting the performance of the server, such as multi-threaded, the memory data storage tank design, and the reduction of the open ports of the server. In addition the system requires a simple network conditions and optimize the regulatory function of the reliability of streaming media transmission functions. Network conditions and determines the status of the network subsystem of the state of adjustment to adapt to the external network, and ensure smooth audio and video transmission.
