II II Abstract Analytic instrument industry, which is important and special industry in national economy, has prosperous market demands and tremendous potential, but faces sharp competition with instrument firms all over the world involved. Therefore, As a representative professional instrument-sales company, Company TT should make out its own marketing strategy to deal with the opportunity and challenges caused by changes of external environments. Thus, the article has great importance to Company TT for its emphasis on marketing strategy. The article first analyses Company TT comprehensively and finds the main questions of its operation. In view of companys external environment and the internal condition, has analyzed the opportunity and the threat which the company faces, and finds strength and weakness of Company TT. Then the article determines the next 3 year’s marketing target, as well as marketing combination strategy in product, price, place and promotion of Company TT based on market and strategy theory and methods. Finally, the article puts forward the implementation proposal and suggestion to companys marketing organizational structure, the marketing organization manages, the marketing troop construction as well as the information system construction and so on. Through the above research, the article makes out operative and effective marketing strategy for Company TT from the respect of its development and competition, thus provides certain suggestion and the instruction for the company in future competition, by using the SWOT analysis method. The article has some usefulness to further development as well as other companies in decision-marketing of marketing strategy.
