It related to the future of the company and the benefit of the employees. Making good use of compensation tools can incentive employees effectively, affect excellent person and build up a stable team. This thesis, based on SO Company, redesigns a more scientific and more reasonable compensation system through analyzing and researching the compensation management situation of SO Company. It hopes this proposal will retain the employees, enhance the enthusiasm and satisfaction of the employees and boost up the core competitiveness of the company. First, it begins with compensation management theory and introduces the basic theory, incentive theory and compensation system research content. Then, it researches the compensation management problem existing in the current compensation system of SO Company through employee representatives’ interview and external compensation research. It consummates the compensation management system combining with the performance appraisal system and according to the infection of the existing problems and the strategy of the company development. At last, it analyzes the problems which may rise in the implementing, and bring forward the actions to the problems. This thesis is mainly aimed in solving the compensation management problems. It redesigns the compensation proposal which mainly constructed by compensation system, benefit principles and performance management policy, in order to reduce the employee turn over rate, to enhance the satisfaction to the compensation, to improve the enthusiasm of the employees and to serve the company development strategy.
