Many of them rapidly develop and grow. These small and medium commercial banks make important contributions for eliminate financial blank area, support local economic development, support rural development, provide qualified financial products and services to small micro-enterprises development. In which, TZ commercial bank is a very typical representation, it transformed from rural credit cooperative to a small and medium sized commercial bank. Since TZ commercial bank establishment, after years of development and hard work, the bank has achieved leapfrog development, and gradually becomes vibrant local joint-stock commercial bank in Tianjin and even northern region. But with the fierce market competition, the face of large state-owned commercial banks, the national joint-stock commercial banks and foreign commercial banks, TZ commercial bank still has many of inherent shortcomings and gaps.
